Values

We place each person at the heart of our coaching. Every individual is unique, and our support is tailored to their needs, strengths, and dreams. We support minds of all kinds as they discover a path forward on their own terms.
We believe hope creates momentum, and confidence keeps it going. Life can feel overwhelming, but small, meaningful steps reveal what’s possible. Our role is to help clear the path so clients can feel empowered to thrive in ways that are meaningful to them.
We honor privacy and trust. What is shared in coaching stays private, unless someone’s safety is at risk. Looking Forward means building a future, knowing personal stories and struggles are respected.
LFLC’s impact is rooted in connection, collaboration, and care. We’re always looking for ways to improve how we work and strengthen community partnerships in order to better support neurodivergent teens and adults.

Connection

We’re expanding our reach and strengthening community relationships. From Twin Cities Pride to Lifeworks Community of Practice - the ripple effects of accessibility and inclusion continue to grow.
Organization

LFLC is operating more efficiently due to updates to our digital processes. We also continue to improve client experiences and strengthen team collaboration with the support of our Director of Coaching Management - a new addition to the leadership team.
Stewardship

LFLC is growing with purpose. We continue to keep administrative costs low and prioritize efficiency - keeping our resources focused on the people we serve.
Programming

LFLC remains dedicated to providing person-centered services. Community support and diverse funding help us ensure neurodiversity-affirming support remains within reach.
Growth

We are expanding client capacity and community outreach, as we prepare to welcome new coaches and board members. LFLC remains dedicated to making coaching services available - without a waitlist.
