Pronouns: he/him
I am a dedicated, family-oriented, passionate father of four wonderful kids. When my oldest daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and an unspecified personality disorder, that news sparked a new passion within myself that led me to find new and more supportive ways to coach, understand, and communicate with sensitivity within the neurodiverse communities.
Expertise and Experience
With a long history of coaching and developing people, my experience allows me to meet others where they are at, embrace their genuine selves in a non-judgmental environment, and break down complex goals into more achievable steps.
Interest and Hobbies
In my free time, you can find me immersed in sports and supporting Minnesota sports teams. My favorites are football, basketball, and golf. I also love playing board games, card games, and video games with friends and family alike. As a true student of personal development, I am interested in philosophy, meditation, sleep habits, nutrition, and all things surrounding physical, mental, and emotional health. Lastly, another passion of mine is travel. I love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures and foods, and helping others make their dreams become reality. I would love to connect and get to know you better!

Pronouns: she/her
I am a compassionate and dedicated Support Coach with a strong commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities and diverse needs. With over a decade of experience in direct care and leadership roles, I have consistently embraced a person-centered approach—advocating for individuals to have a voice in their care and the autonomy to make their own decisions. My guiding philosophy is to walk beside those I support—not in front or behind—fostering independence, dignity, and self-worth.
Expertise and Experience
In addition to my work in human services, I am actively expanding my expertise by pursuing certifications in PCA, CNA, and Medical Administrative Assistance. I have also earned life coaching certifications in trauma, forgiveness, self-concept, and domestic abuse, equipping me to support others through healing and transformation.
Interest and Hobbies
Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy walking by the lake, attending comedy shows, cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves, being a proud soccer mom, listening to music, and expressing my creativity through writing.

Pronouns: he/him
I have always been passionate about mentoring and assisting others to reach their goals and potential. Having experienced adversity at an early age, I can empathize with others who may be facing difficult decisions, struggling with issues or just needing encouragement to move forward.
Expertise and Experience
After 3 years in an orphanage in Korea, adoption in America and navigating life with a physical disability, I believe that my lived-experiences make me uniquely qualified to assist others who need coaching and encouragement to reach their goals, just as I have overcome obstacles to reach my own. I have been able to fulfill my zeal for helping others in various volunteer positions since 2017. I have 5 years of experience coaching youth in wheelchair sports and have mentored several teens from my church over the past few years. I am excited to keep supporting adults and families through the Looking Forward program as they fine-tune their goals and take action toward achieving them.
Interest and Hobbies
I enjoy participating in and coaching wheelchair basketball, as well as playing board games, with “Skip-bo” being my favorite. In my free time, you can find me attending Minnesota sporting events or concerts. Currently, my favorite television show is Grey's Anatomy.

Pronouns: she/her
I enjoy supporting people whose lives are in transition. Expertise and Experience
My coaching practice is informed by my experiences with ADHD, autism, sensory processing disorder, and learning disabilities. I have coached people for over twenty years as a therapeutic bodyworker, birth doula, herbalist, and somatic experiencing practitioner.
My undergraduate degree is in health, communications, and psychology. I am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor graduate student at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Pronouns: they/them
I am passionate about helping people feel seen, understood, and valued for who they are. As an autistic person who has often struggled in life to fit social norms and expectations, I know what it is like to be wired for a less common path. I believe every one of us has value for who we are, and I became a life coach to help others find the path that enables them to experience joy and fulfillment in their own unique way, as determined by them.
Expertise and Experience
I have a variety of experience with mental health, disability services, religious trauma, autism, Buddhism, mindfulness, parenting, and navigating relationships (or lack thereof). I have degrees in social work and sociology.
Interest and Hobbies
I love learning about people and hearing their stories! I also love animals (although insects can keep their distance), cultural activities, languages, trying new food, LGBTQ+ topics, K-pop, trying new activities that the people around me enjoy, and watching TikTok when I should be cleaning.
